Colophon

How this site is built.

A small, fast site for a software engineer's work, with one unusual feature: it is also an MCP server, so AI agents can ask it about me directly instead of scraping the pages.

  • Tailwind CSS

    4.1.13

Styling, with light and dark themes that follow your system setting

For agents

This site is an MCP server

Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol can connect and call a few read-only tools for my profile, skills and projects. Each request is self-contained and the answers are fixed data, not generated text.

Connect

Tools

  • get_profile

Get Hiruna Gallage's professional profile: role, employer, education, skills, and links.

  • list_skills

List Hiruna Gallage's technical skills and areas of expertise.

  • get_project_experience

List shipped portfolio projects, optionally filtered by technology or category (e.g. "Next.js", "PostgreSQL", "AI & Automation").

Chat

The assistant

The chat bubble is separate from the MCP server. It sorts each question and hands it to one of five specialists (skills, experience, projects, contact, or a general assistant), answers in the language you wrote in (English, Sinhala, Tamil, or romanized Singlish and Tanglish), and turns down anything that is not about me.
